Emyly Yelin Cachay works in the field of Intellectual Property, combining her deep legal knowledge with solid practical experience.

At Marvilla García Valdez, she has distinguished herself with a focus on Intellectual Property and Competition Law, demonstrating her capability and commitment as a Legal Assistant for one year and subsequently as a Junior Associate at the firm.

Simultaneously, she has contributed as a Research Assistant at the Peruvian Association Proconsumer, where she actively participates in projects aimed at protecting the rights of Peruvian consumers.

Additionally, she is currently a member of the Intellectual Property Study Group (GEPI) at the National University of San Marcos.
